Can I book multiple services at one appointment?

Yes! Just make sure you have booked each service to ensure proper time. If you are having difficulty booking, please contact us directly.

How long is a typical appointment?

Most Xeomin (purified botox) appointments can be completed in as little as 20 minutes. Lip filler appointments range from 20 minutes to 1 hour depending on service.

What if I change my mind after my appointment, or am not satisfied with my result?

Your satisfaction and safety are our two top priorities. We strive to provide thorough pre-procedure patient education, anticipatory guidance, and ongoing support following your treatment to help you form realistic expectations. Injectables are not an exact science; no results are guaranteed and services are non-refundable. Effects of Xeomin treatments are temporary, and will fade over the course of 3-4 months. Dermal fillers may be dissolved after 4 weeks at an additional cost.

When should I start getting treatments?

The decision to pursue aesthetic treatments is a personal one, and some people may decide to start in their early 20s while others may never decide to start at all. We highly recommend booking a free consultation with our Nurse Practitioner to make an individualized treatment plan.

What reasons would make me a poor candidate for Xeomin or filler treatments?

Your injector will provide a consultation to help determine which services are needed to help you reach your aesthetic goals. You must be at least 22 years old and may not be pregnant or breastfeeding as there is no safety data available in these populations.

What is your cancellation policy?

Kindly give 48 hours express notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Any cancellations within the 48 hour window may be subject to $100 cancellation fee (Xeomin) or up to 50% of booked services (filler) at your injector's discretion.

What is your no-show policy?

First, please don't no-show. We respect your time and ask the same of you. Please communicate if you can't make it. A no-show will be subject to a $100 missed appointment fee (Xeomin) or up to 50% of scheduled services (filler). Sequential no-shows may lead to dismissal from our practice.
